In order to key into the increasing demand for middle and high end affordable shelter and quality homes in Lagos and Ogun states, we have created an enabling environment for individuals, organizations and communities, by providing better homes, work places, retail and leisure spaces where they can aspire to live, work and play.
Towards this end, we are presently developing 200 acres of land as an estate along the Lagos-Badagry express route in Agbara/Igbesa called Royalty Homes, Agbara. The development commenced in year 2011 and the estates has services plots for possible development, properly laid out plan, recreational facilities among others. The Estate shares the same boundary with the Ogun State-Chinese Free Trade Zone, with international market size and high security. Also, some multinational companies like Nestle, Glaxosmith, Viju milk industries, vita malt, Dangote cement, shell gas plant, chevron plant, and Unilever among others are around the estate which will be a commercial boost for the estate. We also have some institutions around the estate which includes Crawford University, ACOED and LASU. Other areas of interest around us include Lagos resort centre, Badagry port, Winners Chapel and the Apostolic Faith Camp Ground. Royalty Homes now exist in three (3) different locations around south west region of Nigeria namely: Lagos state Lekki/lakowe, Agbowa/Ikoroduwhile in Ogun state Agbara/igbesa.
Royalty Homes, Lekki is a 50 acres of land been developed by us located in the best neighbours and with various amenities to be provided, Good road network, water supply and many more. The estate is located at Shapati town, Bogije Lawoke just behind Beachwood estate and also few minutes away from Mayfair Gardens, Lakowe lake Golf course and close to Greensprings School. It’s actually 18-20 minutes drive from VGC. The Estate is at strategic proximity with major Developments and Estates like Emperor Estate, The New Shoprite, Fountain Spring-Ville, Diamond Estate and Pearl Garden.
Also, we have just concluded arrangement with Federal Government of Nigeria on staff housing scheme to develop about 1,000 units based on the source for off takers from different Ministry, department and Agencies (MDA’s) under a contract to build and sell arrangement. We have since commenced work on this project with the first 100 units slated tentatively for completion in the next sixteen months.
Facility Management
With the growing sophistication of the real estate investors, financiers, tenants and the complexity of the property industry, property management today requires expert handling and skills for adopting and adapting novel and efficient techniques operation attested to by the landmark records. We have equally put in place some key competitive strategies which are proactive and responsive in nature with a view to meeting and even exceeding client’s expectations.
Property Trading and Mortgage support Services
Property Trading has been one of the core competences of the company through which a profitable niche has been created and sustained over the years.
